By accessing or using the Rju-IP Dynamic DNS Service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

Rju-IP provides a Dynamic DNS (DDNS) platform that enables users to associate dynamic IP addresses with hostnames or domains. The Service may include DNS management, IPv4/IPv6 updates, API access, dashboards, automation features, and related infrastructure services.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

Hosting or distributing malware, phishing, spam, or botnet activity
Illegal content or activities prohibited by applicable laws
DNS abuse, reflection attacks, or network disruption
Impersonation, misleading domains, or fraudulent activity

Accounts violating these policies may be suspended or terminated immediately without prior notice.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API tokens.
You must provide and maintain a valid email address associated with your account.
You are responsible for all DNS records, domains, and configurations created under your account.
You must promptly notify Rju-IP if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, uptime is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. Maintenance, network issues, or infrastructure failures may temporarily impact service availability.

6. Advertising and Promotional Content

By using the Service or accessing Rju-IP resources (including dashboards, APIs, websites, or client tools), you acknowledge and agree that Rju-IP may display promotional messages, advertisements, announcements, or upgrade offers related to the Service or its features.

Such promotional content may appear within the user interface, service notifications, or related communication channels and may vary depending on your account plan or service usage.

7. Suspension and Termination

Rju-IP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or domains that:

Violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
Abuse the DNS infrastructure or degrade system stability
Present security, legal, or operational risks

In such cases, associated DNS records or domains may be disabled or removed without notice.

8. Paid Plans and Service Limits

Certain features, including custom domains, domain limits, or advanced functionality, may be restricted to paid plans. Plan limits and features are defined by the subscription plan associated with your account.

Rju-IP reserves the right to modify pricing, plan limits, or features at any time.

9. Data Collection and Logs

To maintain service security and reliability, Rju-IP may store operational data including:

DNS update logs
IP addresses used for updates
Access logs and request metadata
Account activity records

These records may be retained for security monitoring, abuse prevention, auditing, or troubleshooting purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rju-IP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to data loss, service interruption, or network disruptions.

11. Changes to Terms

Rju-IP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
